1.Title of the Practice:  Enhancing the Employability Skills and Placements of Graduates

Objectives of the Practice:

To conduct pre-placement training on Aptitude, Verbal, Reasoning, etc. for improving the success rate in tests conducted by recruiting companies.

• To develop programming skills, soft skills, English communication skills and interpersonal skills for preparing the students to face interviews and secure placements.
• To provide hands-on experience on the latest software tools to make the students industry-ready.
• To conduct workshops on emerging areas for exposing the students to the latest developments in the field of Management, Computer Applications, Engineering and Technology.
• To train the students in the industry and encourage them to work on industry-oriented projects.

• To conserve water in a judicious manner
• To conserve the energy
• To adopt better ways of managing waste
• To improve the aesthetics of the campus by landscaping and planting trees
• To deploy eco-friendly technologies for greening and cleaning our campus.

• Encourages faculty to attend Workshops/seminars/FDPs.
• Provides financial support to conduct Workshops/FDPs/Professional society’s events in the institute.
• Encourages faculty to apply for industrial research projects
• Sanctions internal research projects
• Provides financial support to publish papers in conferences/journals
• Encourages faculty to apply for AICTE/DST research projects/MODROBS
• Permits to do MOOCs to enhance competency
• Encourages the faculty to register for higher studies
